Cancellation Agreement for Sana Recovery Pty Ltd

This Cancellation Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations of bookings at Sana Recovery (the “Business”). By booking an appointment at our business, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below:

No Refunds Policy

All appointments, services, and bookings at the business are non-refundable.

Cancellation Notice

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time to be eligible for a credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for any credit.

Credit Issuance

If a cancellation is made with at least 24 hours’ notice, a credit equal to the value of the booked service will be issued to the customer. This credit can be used towards future bookings within 12 months from the date of the cancelled appointment.

Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and no refund or credit will be issued for the unused portion of the session.

Health & Safety

If you are unable to attend due to illness, injury, or other health-related issues, you must still provide at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for credit, as described above.

By booking an appointment at the Sana Recovery, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
