Our 75 minute sessions feature our invigorating woodfire saunas and rejuvenating cold plunge, specifically designed to bolster your health and wellness journey. The warmth of the sauna will provide a therapeutic heat experience, designed to cleanse both your body and mind.

Our cold plunge will offer a more intense refresh, a rejuvenating plunge that can help boost your circulation and reduce inflammation.

This contrast therapy encourages enhanced circulation, muscle recovery, and over-all wellbeing. Between the heat and cold, take time to rest and unwind in our space surrounded by lush grass and calming natural surroundings, away from the rest of the busy town.

Whether you’re an athlete, a wellness enthusiast, or simply looking for relaxation, our space provides the perfect environment to rejuvenate your mind and body.

As a special introductory offer, we will be offering a free cold drink or small coffee from our office and/or cafe - you will receive this token on arrival to your session.

What to expect

Where to arrive

Please park at the main car park and go through the café doors out through the court yard in to enter the recovery space. Sana café is open 7.00am - 2.00pm and staff can help with directions. After 2pm the café doors will stay unlocked. Please enter like usual and follow the signs out to the recovery center.

What to bring

Please wear suitable clothing for getting wet and perspiring. Towels are required in the wet areas and saunas. We also recommend thongs in the wet areas.

Towels are available for purchase on arrival. subject to availability.

Minimise valuables

Open lockers are available but we recommend you minimise the valuables you bring on your visit and remove jewellery before entering the sauna or baths

Café

Sana café offers a selection of light meals, snacks and Drinks from 7.00am – 2pm daily.

Cold drinks and takeaway items will be available from the recovery kiosk after hours.

Shower before bath

Please shower before using the cold baths so as To keep our waters pristine and clean.  

Bring a Drink bottle

Bottles of Water are Available to purchase though we recommend to Please bring your own Reusable bottle with you to stay hydrated.

We have filtered water Onsite for refill.
